Our stories of home aren’t restricted by their size, location or whether it’s owned or rented. How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will renew automatically each month or each year, depending on whether you purchased a monthly or annual subscription.
All memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership any time you wish. To do this, log into your account and head to the Members Account page.
Can I become a member if I live outside the UK?
Yes, The Home Page is open to readers across the world. Unfortunately our free gift from VERDEN is only available to members based in the UK.
When will I receive my free gift?
If you are eligible to receive a welcome gift, it will be posted to you no more than three weeks after joining. You will be prompted to provide us with your postal address at the checkout.
Are my credit card details secure if I subscribe online?
Yes, we use Stripe for processing payments in a secure manner. Stripe is PCI-certified.
Will you acknowledge receipt of my membership?
Yes, you will receive a welcome email from us once your payment has been processed.
